- Jewelry must be returned with the original invoice and authenticity certificates.

tampered or modified.

2. Buy Back Value:

- 100% of net gold value based on the
current prevailing market rate, excluding labor and making charges.

- 80% of the natural diamond or gemstone value.

- 80% of the lab-grown diamond value as per the current market rate.

3. Buy Back Process:

- Contact our customer team to initiate the
Buy Back Process.

- The product must be self-shipped to our Geum Jewels office in Jaipur.

- After a Quality Check (QC), approved items will have their buy-back value
credited as Geum Credits to your account on our website.

- Geum Credits are valid for 365 days and can be used for future purchases.

4. Terms of Geum Credits:

- Geum Credits can be redeemed for online
purchases at www.geumjewels.in.

- They are non-transferable and non-refundable.

- Geum Credits must be used within the validity period and cannot be exchanged
for cash.

5. Exclusions & Conditions:

- Custom-made or engraved jewelry may not
be eligible for the policy.

- Altered or damaged jewelry may be ineligible or may affect the buy-back
